Today two stories are going round the blogging world, both of which just might be big deals to everyone in the market at the moment for some Apple gear.

According to 9to5Mac, Apple might be bringing out new Macbook Pro models tomorrow. This would put the timing right the start of the Macworld Expo. If this is true, we can hope to see across the table performance bumps for the entire Macbook Pro line, perhaps running the much-anticipated Core i7 Intel chips.

And as we have become so accustomed to the iPad being always in the news and never in our hands, even before its release we have rumors surrounding its price structure. According to the WSJ, the iPad prices might come down if the device does not see the demand that Apple is expecting.
