Apple reconfirms their confirmation that the white iPhone 4 will arrive this spring

Apple has confirmed their statement last year that the long-awaited white iPhone 4 will arrive ‘this spring’.

This re-statement is in response to the rumor started by a Bloomberg report that pointed to anonymous sources as stating that it would arrive before the end of April.

The WSJ story about the confirmation is pretty much just Apple reiterating the projected release date of this spring for the iPhone 4. This projection was made by Apple themselves back at the end of last year and again last month when Apple COO Phil Schiller commented on it via Tweet.

Although yesterday’s report by Bloomberg indicated that both Verizon and AT&T would be getting the white model although Apple has declined to reveal that detail. This continues the long history of speculation and disappointment surrounding the now mythical white version of last year’s phone.
