Look like Apple is having a mini Apple Watch party today; after releasing the exact pre-order time and providing details on AppleCare+ pricing, the company has begun uploading guided video tours of the product’s features.
There are currently only four videos available. One is a general introduction, and the other three cover messaging, watchfaces, and Apple’s ‘Digital Touch’ sketching feature.
The site does show grey-ed out versions for several other tutorials, including for phone calls, Siri, Maps, music, Apple Pay, activity and workouts. These are labeled ‘Coming Soon’ and will presumably all be added by the time the device is released.
Apple is clearly gearing up for pre-orders and in-store demos starting next week. The videos could help users on the fence sway towards buying the watch, plus they’ll serve as introductory guides for buyers once users have the watch on their wrists.
