Amazon is now 3D printing customizable video game characters

Amazon is now 3D printing customizable video game characters

Amazon has a nifty new trick: you can 3D print your favorite character from a number of video games and customize them to your heart’s content.

Right now, the site lets you interactively customize 35 characters from Smite, Primal Carnage and Infinity Blade. Once you customize your character Amazon will print it on-demand and deliver it directly to the buyer.

The customization is done inside Sandboxr’s tool, which allows you to interact with a 360-degree model of the action figure. You can customize everything from the weapon it holds to the way it stands.
