We’re looking for the best young digital talent in the Netherlands

We’re looking for the best young digital talent in the Netherlands

After the incredible success of the first two editions, the T500 program is back. We want to continue recognizing and celebrating young digital talent – so we’re once again looking for the 500 most exciting techies under the age of 26 in the Netherlands.

Companies are always on the lookout for fresh talent, which is why the T500 is a great chance to connect young minds with digital giants. No company recognizes this better than Accenture, who join us as co-hosts of our competition to shine a spotlight on the future leaders of the industry. Sign up now for the chance to be on the  T500 list.

What’s in it for you?

The T500 is a great way to be recognized by future employers and learn from the biggest names in tech.

T500 winners will receive a full conference pass to TNW2019 in Amsterdam on May 9 and 10. That means you’ll get to see all of our great speakers across 11 tracks at NDSM, from companies like Accenture, Google, Ford, IBM, and National Geographic. These experts will inspire you and leave you with key learning insights.

The 💜 of EU tech

The latest rumblings from the EU tech scene, a story from our wise ol' founder Boris, and some questionable AI art. It's free, every week, in your inbox. Sign up now!

You’ll also get exclusive access to Talent Sessions – small group discussions specifically tailored for the T500, with executives from leading companies. This is your chance to meet with experts from the biggest brands in tech, and hear about their digital journeys. It’s not often that you’re able to chat intimately with such influential people and hear their advice.

Last year’s Talent Sessions featured 23 roundtables and 25 speakers, including Koen Adolfs, Product Owner at ABN AMRO and Chuck Stephens, Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging at Booking.com.

TNW2018 featured a myriad of memorable talks, like De Politie’s Chief of Police who shared insights on how tech is used to solve cold cases, and Patrick van Vreeswijk, Accenture Technology Analyst, discussed how to build distributed ledger technology for enterprises.

Expect engaging discussions on how companies use technology in innovative ways, and how you can grow into your desired field. We can’t think of a better way to get inspired, expand your network, and flaunt your skills.

At TNW2019, we’ll also make sure it’s not all work and no play. Last year, we hosted open bar pop-up drinks with Accenture throughout the two conference days on the festival terrain.

Celebrating the winners

If you make it onto the list, we’ll also be throwing you a party to celebrate your achievements! Last year, Accenture’s Senior Manager HR Transformation Pascal Pichel personally welcomed all 500 talents to TQ for Celebration Night, an evening with drinks, music, and a chance to meet your peers. T500 members also tried out some of the futuristic technology gadgets that Accenture’s innovation team had brought along for the evening.

How does it work?

Applications are now open. If you think you’ve got what it takes to join the T500, simply fill in this form so we can assess your experience and skills. All entrants will be carefully judged by a panel of industry-leading experts, and we’ll let you know by March 29 if you’ve been selected. The exclusive T500 party will be hosted in your honor before the conference.

You have until March 25 to apply, so get going!
