Welcome to TNW Basics, a collection of tips, guides, and advice on how to easily get the most out of your gadgets, apps, and other stuff.
Twitter threads are fun to follow when someone’s writing an exciting story or describing a news event. However, if there are plenty of tweets in a thread, it can be a bit cumbersome to read. Thankfully, we have just the right tool that will help you read the whole thread on a single page.
The thread reader turns all tweets of a thread into a more readable webpage. Here’s how you can use it:
- Open Twitter, and go the thread you want to unroll.
- Mention @thereadreaderapp with ‘unroll’ keyword.
- The handle will reply to you with a link containing all tweets from the thread. Open it to read.
You can make an account on the site to save all your threads. Plus, the site also lets you subscribe to the thread if you want to receive updates. Notably, Twitter also rolled out a subscribe to a thread feature in August.
