Thomas, partner at Clarity, started out his career as a news reporter and subsequently worked at Omnicom, Porter Novelli and Edelman, where he was responsible for agency, client and employee management. In his current role at Clarity, Thomas leads a group of creative communication experts in Amsterdam and Brussels.
