Peter Hill

Peter Hill is a seasoned technical and product leader with a rich background across multiple industries. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Synthesia. Before joining Synthesia, Peter was CPO and later CEO at Wildlife Studios, one of the world's largest mobile gaming companies, with games downloaded over 3.9 billion times. Previously, Peter spent nearly 25 years at Amazon and AWS in a variety of impactful roles. Starting as a distributed systems engineer, he helped build and scale some of Amazon's core systems during a time of rapid growth. He went on to lead teams developing Kindle, Fire, and Alexa devices, and later headed Amazon's Business Applications team, overseeing services like Amazon Connect, Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon Chime, and more.
