Panayiotis Vitakis is the SVP of Customer Success at Synthesia, the leading AI video platform used by thousands of organizations, including 90% of the Fortune 100. Previously, he was the Chief Customer Officer at ActionIQ (acquired by Uniphore), a leading customer data platform for the Fortune 500. Before that, as CCO at Celonis, he helped scale the company into a category leader in process intelligence. Panayiotis holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
