Jennifer Fleiss is the President and Co-Founder of Rent the Runway, which has quickly grown to acquire over one million members and has signed on 140 top designer brands. She previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Jenny is a member of the New York Economic and Development Corporation, helping with corporate mentorship and advisory within the startup community.
