She is often called upon by government agencies in the US, the EU, Asia and Latin America to provide her perspective on privacy regulations. Prior to joining TrustArc, Hilary led the global privacy team at Merck, a world leading pharmaceutical company, where she oversaw the development and maturity of the global privacy program for over 12 years.
