Dzmitry has been working for early-stage venture capital firm RTP Global since 2018 and is responsible for FinTech investments at the fund. Notable transactions that Dzmitry has worked on include Penta, Cuvva, SumUp, Khatabook, and MoneyTap. In addition to direct investments in startups, he is responsible for RTP Global’s investments in early-stage VC funds which is now comprised of numerous top-tier seed funds across Europe. Before joining RTP Global, Dzmitry worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He has a BSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
