The Trademark Ninja (Brian Conroy) trained and qualified with McCann FitzGerald Solicitors in Dublin, where he specialised in corporate and commercial litigation. He subsequently worked in the media industry for 6 years as part of the programming team in the Denis O'Brien owned Communicorp Group, whose stable of radio stations includes Ireland's national radio stations Newstalk and Today FM. Whilst a specialist commercial litigator Brian has a particular interest in Trademarks, and is a registered Trademark Agent in Europe. He deals in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property disputes, media law (including social media) and intellectual property law generally and has professional qualifications in Data Protection Practice and Digital Marketing.
