Tinder now lets you swipe up to ‘Super Like’ that special someone

Tinder now lets you swipe up to ‘Super Like’ that special someone

By now, Tinder’s swipe left or swipe right behaviors have been adopted and mimicked in a whole range of different apps. Now, Tinder users in Australia (and then the rest of the world) can swipe up to indicate a ‘Super Like.’

Quite obviously, this Super Like indicates “a heightened level of interest,” the company says.

To make sure that the new feature isn’t abused, you get a limited number of Super Likes, and you’ll know if someone Super Liked you, as they’ll have a blue footer on their profile when you view it.

For the launch in Australia, users will get one Super Like per day. Tinder says it’s planning to roll the feature out globally “later this year.”
