Opera’s data-saving Android app Max rolls out to 21 more countries across Asia and the Middle East

After rolling out across Australia and a few Asian countries, Opera Max is now available in more nations across the Middle East and Asia. The Android app allows users to save on data when browsing the Web by compressing pages and video before they are transmitted to mobile devices.

Opera Max launched last February in the US, and has just become available in these countries:

  • Bahrain
  • Egypt
  • Fiji
  • Iran
  • Israel
  • Jordan
  • Kuwait
  • Lebanon
  • Morocco
  • Nepal
  • Oman
  • Philippines
  • Qatar
