Apple demonstrates Final Cut Pro’s potential with the new Touch Bar

Apple’s new MacBook Pro laptops are the fastest ever. They also come with the Touch Bar – a small, customizable display that occupies the space where the function keys used to be.
Perhaps eager to demonstrate that this isn’t just a novelty, Apple demonstrated its use with Final Cut Pro, the popular video editing program..
With just a few taps on the multitouch bar above the keyboard, users are able to traverse through their timeline, trimming and zooming through the content. It also gives easy access to a number of functions and settings that would only be accessible through keyboard shortcuts or on-screen controls – allowing users to work on their clips while previewing the results in full screen mode.
