Yesterday morning we received a tip-off that we really had to talk to French startup Spideo, a company developing technology to recommend content relevant to your tastes and based on your social connections.
Spideo wants to offer a personalized recommendation experience reminiscent of the one the staff at your favorite VHS and DVD store offered before it was driven out of business by the march of progress.
