While European tech startups sometimes complain that they have a hard life compared to the US, in Eastern Europe the situation is particularly acute. A lack of knowledgeable investors and successful serial entrepreneurs can make Eastern Europe a particularly harsh environment.
At last week’s European Pirate Summit, I spoke to Bogdan Iordache of How To Web and Aleksandar Tasev of Balkan Unlimited about the work they’re doing to give Eastern European startups a greater chance of success on the world stage.
