Remember the ‘Do you even lift?’ meme? Doesn’t matter. Meet Do You Even List? a new Twitter tool that scans your activity on the social network and builds an automatically updated list of the people you interact with most.
Created as a side-project by Carl Hamlet, an English developer in Sweden, it scores the accounts you tweet with the most. Once a day, it refreshes a private Twitter list (slightly arrogantly) called ‘My Audience’ with your highest scoring contacts.
It’s effectively the Twitter equivalent of the old MySpace ‘Top Eight’ feature. When you first connect the service to your account, you can select accounts that you’ve talked to a lot recently but want to exclude from future ranking.
There’s every chance that notifications that someone has added you to their “My Audience” list will get just as annoying as Paper.li links, but for now, Do You Even List? is a fun experiment.
