Back in October Facebook launched its platform for mobile, essentially making all the social channels that have helped apps and games flourish across the Web, available on iOS mobile apps and mobile websites.

This was followed shortly after by the announcement of a series of Facebook-led mobile hack days, where developers were invited to learn about building social mobile apps and then, well, build one themselves. Things kicked off first at its HQ in Palo Alto, and this was followed by New York and Boston. Across the board, hundreds turned up from around the world, with the hacks presented to panels of VCs and executives.

Now, Facebook has announced that the hack roadshow is heading to Europe and the Middle East, with London (UK), Stockholm (Sweden) and Tel Aviv hosting a Facebook event each. You can sign-up as follows:

London, March 5th: sign up
Stockholm
, March 8th: sign up
Tel Aviv

Facebook will be heading to Asia later in March too, with more details being released on these next week.

“We’ll kick off each with a pre-event introduction to Facebook, our platform, and the benefits developers have through working with us,” says Jonathan Matus, Manager, Mobile Platform Product Marketing at Facebook. “We’ll then deep-dive into learning about building social mobile apps with our new Open Graph platform, as well how to use native platforms, HTML5, and our SDKs for each. We’ll highlight success stories from great existing apps as well as introducing important technology partners.”

Guided by Facebook engineers, the hacking will then begin, with prizes awarded for the best apps across a number of categories.
