Google is purportedly offering a new service called Google Xistence, which will allow Google to live your online life for you while you spend your time playing World of Warcraft.
Or at least this is the vision of a prankster with a very sharp wit. The service, hyped on this very Google-like page (probably shouldnāt enter your login information), says you can pair your existing web apps like Twitter and Facebook with the fictional service and it will dynamically generate wall posts, tweets, photo uploads, status updates and video posts.
The service even sends weekly emailed status updates, so you know whatās going on in your life, just in case someone wants to know what youāve been up to. Thatās on the off chance that you feel like having a social life after starting to use the service, because as the tagline says, ālifeās too short for social interaction.ā
The site even includes a link to the āgooglabsā Twitter, which explains that the fictional service is so advanced that it automatically unfollows other Xistence usersā Twitter accounts so that the service doesnāt end up having a conversation with itself.
This prank appears to be the work of Philipp Droessler, an Austrian web designer. We wish it was real, though.
