Starbucks barista shows her troll game is on point by putting an end to lame Instagram photos

Starbucks barista shows her troll game is on point by putting an end to lame Instagram photos

I love the creative things I run across on Instagram. Like most users, however, I’m a bit annoyed by seeing the same passé posts by those trying to appear creative but falling well short. The Starbucks photo is a great example. I mean, look:

#starbucks #coffee #moccachino #tsonko

I’m not sure what makes mediocre coffee from an overpriced chain worthy of an Instagram post, but a quick search for Starbucks, or Starbucks cup reveals thousands — if not millions — of results.

Put simply, it’s a tired attempt at artistic expression and this Starbucks barista is rather sick of it. Sure, she could spell your name wrong, but baristas have been trolling customers for years by intentionally spelling names incorrectly. Instead, she decided to fight fire with fire and use this super simple, yet über creative fix to those hipsters that can’t enjoy a caffeinated beverage without forcing everyone else to “enjoy” it with them on Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

my petty joy is putting stickers on the siren logo when annoying teenagers order millions of fraps at once so their instagram posts are ruined ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it’s the little things from starbucks

Now, when people attempt to take that tired Starbucks cup photo on Instagram, they’ll have to do it sans-logo, which presumably makes it less cool. Simple. Effective. Brilliant.
