You may already be familiar with Necomimi‘s brainwave controlled cat ears (and now devil horns), but the world of automated appendages should not stop with your head right?

A Kickstarter campaign by Shota Ishiwatari, one of the developers who worked on Necomimi’s ears, is for the other end of your person, the tail-end to be exact.

Tailly is an automated tail that wags when your heart rate is accelerated – or when you get excited. It’s a cute addition to anyone who likes the idea of fuzzy extras.

Check out the video below where wearing a tail almost starts to look natural. If your tail is connected to your heartbeat and your ears are hooked up to your brainwaves, what new augmented connections can we look forward to?
