If there was an Olympic event for searching the world’s information, Google would more than likely take the gold medal. But there isn’t, so instead, here’s a neat trick to keep up on the Olympic medal counts in real-time.

In case you didn’t know, you can simply Google “medal count” and you’ll be shown a lovely little grid with a leaderboard and medal breakdown:

If you’re on your desktop or laptop computer, Google Knowledge Graph comes into play and gives you interesting information about the London Olympics, as well as a schedule of upcoming events:
