A nerd packs 120K miles, 16 countries and 18 months into an inspiring 3.5 minutes of exercise

Steve Kamb is the creator of Nerd Fitness, a blog that helps nerds and ‘desk jockeys’ get fit. He’s a regular contributor to The Next Web, where you can find his great articles on hacking your life to stay healthy.

Recently, Kamb took his first trip outside of the U.S., to Machu Picchu in Peru. He loved the trip so much that he decided to go all out and travel even further, visiting a bunch more countries and having adventures. Along the way, he created a tribute to Where The Hell is Matt, the famous ‘dancing around the world’ YouTube sensation, by exercising in all 16 countries, over 18 months and 120K miles.
