One of the raddest ski runs I’ve ever seen

There’s something about skiing that just feels a bit detached when it comes to danger and thrills for me. Unless it’s a Bond movie and baddies are coming after you on snowmobiles with machine guns, or you’re outrunning an avalanche, it generally doesn’t excite me.

This video, shared by Jason Kottke, is a different beast entirely. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time as freestyle skier JP Auclair bombs down a run comprised entirely of city streets, cars, overhangs, gravel and other normally un-skiable things.
