True… but that’s assuming the computer is usable. I first need to reboot into Safe Mode with networking to get ProccessExplorer and ProcessMonitor and see what is acting up. That’s when its fun. Open a few command shells, bring up Resource Manager, show some graphs.

After some song and dance… Then I go search for the solution :-)

I’ve learned never to touch my parents computer. When they asked my advice I said make sure you get the service contract…been such a better relationship since then!
