Why would you want to print out Wikipedia?

In what seems like a huge waste of paper for the sake of art, London-based artist Rob Matthews printed out all of Wikipedia’s “featured articles,” totaling 2,559 entries and about 5,000 pages worth of content.

Since Wikipedia has 3,597,798 articles in English alone, this project doesn’t demonstrate its potential aim of how much information the Internet helps us store. Please don’t consider that a challenge. Don’t like reading on the Internet? Buy a Kindle instead.
