About point 1.:
123.456.789.012 is not a valid IP address.
Did the author know about TCP/IP? Did at least he or she know how the Internet works?
About point 9.:
Interesting would be how much SPAM traffic is included in this. I suppose its about 30%. Other 50% is illegal file sharing and 40% of that is supposed to be porn.
About point 14.:
There may be that amount of unique registered domains. That does not mean that there is that amount of real websites. I would expect the number of real websites of about 0.1% of this value. Malware authors regularly register subdomains and bugus domains only to trick people or to host tiny code fragments of malicious code.
