Thought about it… easy. The pregnant woman is not the mother of the child waving, but a partner of another troop that was not on a 12 month tour. There easy.
By troop I mean soldier of course, not some dance troupe.
This is a pretty easy one. I was in the US Army for 8 years.
During 12 month overseas tours to combat zones you get a roughly two week vacation. You can use that vacation to go damn near anywhere you want and the Army picks up the tab on the flight.
Most people choose to go home to see family. Never know right? You might go back and die so might as well see your folks. Part of that is banging your significant other.
These leaves start as soon as two months after arriving and go until as soon as two months before leaving. It’s quite possible that the woman was faithful and got pregnant on her husband’s R&R leave.
Don’t overanalyze it. Get the joke and move on. hehe

You have to wonder how ignorant the creator of this is as everybody knows that all troops get a mid tour leave from overseas to include Iraq and Afghanistan. Here is just another idiot showing basic disrespect for some of our nations heroes.
