Microsoft today announced plans to release Service Pack 1 (SP1) for its 2013 productivity suite of products, including Office, SharePoint and Exchange. SP1 will arrive “early next year” – the company wouldn’t give a more specific date.
Microsoft did, however, share that SP1 will deliver performance enhancements, feature updates, and improve compatibility with Windows 8.1. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more, but for now it looks like SP1 will be available for download in the next few months.
