VEVO has given its music video site a huge makeover today, removing its beta shackles and making it available to everyone on the Web. The redesign (which you can look at right now) features a news feed similar to Google+ with white cards and a predominantly flat UI.

Michael Cerda, Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Vevo, is calling it a “gound-up rebuild” both for mobile and desktop devices. It certainly looks simpler and cleaner; VEVO says it’ll be updating the feed far more regularly than before, and boasts an all-new search engine that should make it far easier to find the latest music videos and playlists.

To coincide with the launch, VEVO is also launching its first ‘VEVO TV‘ web channel in Germany today. The company says it’ll be localizing the service for other countries “soon.”
