Google Drive for Android now lets you drag-and-drop to organize your files

Google Drive is getting several useful new features on Android.

Most usefully, you can now rearrange files by dragging and dropping. Just long press on a file to select it (you can select multiple files too), and then just drag it to where you want it to be. You can also now star or pin a group of files when multiple ones are selected.

Searching for files is a bit more powerful too; you can now jump to a file’s location from the details pane. This could help you access related documents if you’re looking for a full set from a project.

There’s also an updated PDF viewer in tow, and Google says it’s improved the app’s performance and made a few unspecified design touches.

The update is rolling out to the Play Store now.
