Social media content curation service Storify is now supporting Instagram videos. This capability was added one day after Facebook released the feature that allows Instagram users to record 15 second videos on their iOS and Android device.

Through Storify’s story editor, users can search by hashtag or by user to find the right Instagram video. From there, it’s as simple as dragging and dropping it into the respective story. This is the same process that would be done with Vine, Tweets, and images that would normally be embedded.

And if you’re worried about all your Instagram videos automatically playing in your Storify piece, don’t be. Company co-founder and CEO Xavier Damman tells us that Storify pushed a fix recently to stop video auto-plays.

What’s noteworthy about this capability is that it’s the first plausible workaround to embedding a Instagram video right onto a webpage. Currently, the photo (and now video) sharing app doesn’t easily allow you to attach media to a webpage, blog, or anywhere else outside of the initial upload.

Videos for Instagram have certainly seen rather aggressive growth since its launch yesterday. The company revealed that 5 million videos were uploaded in the past 24 hours — with the most coming as the Miami Heat beat the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals. It certainly was popular since at one point, up to 40 hours of video were uploaded per minute.

Brands have also begun taking advantage of videos for Instagram and Storify created a story featuring nine companies using the feature, including Nike, Lululemon, HubSpot, Charity:Water, General Electric, and Gap.
