July Systems raises $15m from Intel Capital, others, for cloud-based mobile platform

July Systems, a U.S.-based provider of cross-platform mobile solutions for businesses, has raised $15 million in funding in a round led by Updata Partners with participation from Intel Capital and WestBridge Capital.

The company’s flagship offering is the cloud-based Mi platform, which lets companies build, manage, measure, monetize and market mobile Web and native applications across multiple devices and operating systems.

July Systems has offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Bangalore. Its technology is used by major brands like ESPN, Toys R Us, Intel, Unilever, CBS, and the NBA.
