How often does Google Now offer you stories from publications that you’re just not interested in? Well, it seems to be happening often enough that Google has come up with a solution.
According to a number of users on Reddit and confirmed by us here at TNW, Google Now is offering users an option to dismiss all content from specific publishers.

All you have to do is select the overflow menu in the corner of any card on your feed and you’ll get the option to dismiss all content from that publisher.
As well as allowing you to block specific sources, Google Now is also letting you customize the content you see on your feed. This means you could block everything to do with sports, fashion or anything that isn’t your cup of tea.
It’s a feature that is well overdue for the service and should make people more confident in the reliability of the stories in their Google Now feed from now on.
If you can’t see the feature immediately, it’s because Google is reportedly in the process of rolling it out, so it should be available to all users in the near future.
We have contacted Google for more information about the roll out and will update this piece when we receive a response.
