Google has acquired Bitspin, the developer behind the Timely alarm clock app for Android, as noted by The Verge via Vinoth Ragunathan.
Bitspin announced on its site that the app “will continue to work as it always has.” Timely has an average rating of 4 1/2 stars on Google Play.
