According to Sr. Photoshop Product Manager Zorana Gee, this tool “allows one to de-blur an image that would have been otherwise lost.” Gee emphasized that Camera Shake Reduction works “really great for shots taken in low light conditions or with slow shutter speeds.” The feature will eventually be found in the Filter menu, under the Sharpen section.
