News Corp To Remove All Content From Google Searches?

Rupert Murdoch has dropped a bombshell while in Sydney for the latest News Corporation earnings call hinting that News may be planning to make all their content un-indexable by Google.

While it’s hardly a definitive statement, it’s interesting that it was made during an interview with a journo from a News owned media outlet.

My guess, Rupert isn’t silly enough to think that there is more value in News content being hidden than there is in it being searchable. Rather, this is probably just Rupert further positioning News in what he believes will be upcoming negotiations around accessibility to content by search engines.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out. You can see the full interview below.

    Wow, great interview!

At some points I agreed with him.
At other times, I wanted to snap his wrinkly old neck, grrr!

Fox News is a joke. I stopped watching Comedy Central, because I get my laughs from Glen Beck. Are we sure that Glen Beck is not a Comedy Central production? Produced by Stephen Colbert?

Fox news does not provide fair news.
Fox creates its own news (like Stephen Colbert does). The whole tea party was no grass roots initiative. It was organized by Fox and reported on by Fox. Awesome scheme Rupy!

Rupert is a great link spammer. He loves the attention around Fox. He purposefully made Fox into the political news arm of the Republican party. I wonder how many Republicans he's got in his pocket.

How can he call Obama anti-business?
He saved the American car industry!
The industry that employs 'Real America', wink to Sarah Palin. :p
So Sarah, when are you going to thank Obama for that on your Facebook page?
That bailout also saved a lot of European jobs. So thanks Obama! :D

Obama is trying to create a whole new green industry.
Something that companies in Holland are begging the Dutch government to do for years.
Holland used to be top dog when it came to providing wind mill tech. Now, that industry is ruled by -gasp- Denmark. What the hell happened?

The government did not have the brains/guts to support/cultivate a new industry.
So I think it's sad that they piss on Obama for having the guts to step into the green tech industry.

I think it's great the Rupert is throwing up pay walls for his papers! Because I don't care about news info.
I said it before and I will say it again.
Just because something is new, doesn't make it news worthy! Papers live in the daily grind of new stories. They provide little nuggets of fact based news. This information is WORTHLESS. I can get this on the 6pm news. Boring!

It's TRUE editorial that makes news worth a damn! I want the back story, the insight and the expert opinion. Not some wacko like Glen Beck. I want my news in the context of what is going on in the world and seeing it placed in related trends.

And guess what, Bloggers are experts in their field! They see trends and they can place stories into specific trends. I don't need your Wall Street editorial. I got editorial from a shit load of sources.

So the joke's on you Rupy. :D

Mr Murdoch tear down this wall!
    Reagan, anyone?
    You're a lousy crowd.

I am off to check Sarah Palin's facebook page! :D

    Hello,

I am a new visitor herePay extra attention to difficult information.

Have you ever noticed how it’s sometimes easier to remember information at the beginning or end of a chapter? Researchers have found that the position of information can play a role in recall, which is known as the serial position effect. While recalling middle information can be difficult, you can overcome this problem by spending extra time rehearsing this information or try restructuring the information so it will be easier to remember. When you come across an especially difficult concept, devote some extra time to memorizing the information.
