New app Runtastic Results builds you a personalized 12-week workout plan

Runtastic has launched a standalone app named Results that will place users into a program meant to get them fit in a few months’ time.

Called Results, the app puts you through various exercises (not just running!) for a 12 week period that focus on cutting fat, building strength and defining your muscles.

You’re first put through a cursory fitness test, which spits out a customized plan with more than 120 15-45 minute workout videos with targeted workouts like situps, pushups and burpees. Users also get weekly nutrition tips so they don’t ruin their hard work with food. Over your three-month exercise plan, your feedback will be used to further fine-tune your experience.

The customized program requires Runtastic’s Premium membership, which is $9.99 per month for iOS, Android and Web.
