Dropbox revamps its Web preview mode for docs, spreadsheets and PDFs

Dropbox has announced a revamped preview mode for users viewing documents, spreadsheets, presentations or PDFs in a Web browser.

The mini revamp now allows for full-screen previews of all the aforementioned documents, and there’s now also a new document toolbar at the bottom of the preview window, which allows you to zoom, flip between pages or print.

The company said it had designed the preview experience to be device- and OS-agnostic, making it easier to share and modify files with a group of people using different browsers and devices. The new look is due to roll out to everyone in “the next few days,” Dropbox said.
