Juice for iOS helps you share content your Twitter followers will love

Being good at tweeting isn’t easy. You’ve got to understand your audience, curate interesting content and ideas to share, and be consistent with your posts.

If you’re like me and have trouble engaging your followers, Juice for iOS is here to help.

Currently in beta, the free app from Twitter curation service Paper.li analyzes your followers’ interests and serves up a bunch of articles that they might enjoy, every day. You can check them out yourself and then share them with just a couple of taps.

Juice screens

The majority of my followers are tech enthusiasts and people in the industry, so, as I expected, Juice collated 10 articles on topics ranging from Periscope to Google’s new mobile search algorithm.

The interface is well thought out and simple to use — swipe down to see how viral a post is and who else has shared it, swipe up to read it, and swipe left or right to navigate through the day’s articles.

You can also configure Juice to notify you at a specific time each day to check out the articles it’s rounded up for you.

It’s nice that Juice includes images when setting up a tweet for you to share. Plain text just doesn’t grab attention on Twitter like a relevant image, and that’s important when you’re trying to up your social media game.

Overall, it’s a great, well executed idea. I’d like to see Juice add the ability to schedule tweets for maximum visibility and a simplified reading mode (as seen in Pocket and Instapaper), but it’s still a wonderful way to mix things up on Twitter.
