Dropbox for Windows Phone has arrived

Not only has the long-awaited WhatsApp Web app launched, but today also brings the introduction of the much-anticipated Dropbox for Windows Phones and tablets.

Dropbox Windows PhoneAnnounced in a blog post, the new apps offer access to the core Dropbox features you’d hope to see, like automatic photo backups, your favorite files (accessible online or offline), and multi-account support for people who have a separate work and personal account to maintain on a single device.

For the phone version, you can also pin any specific Dropbox folder to your Start screen for swift access.

Microsoft said that Windows Phone 8.0 and 8.1 (and Windows tablet) users will be able to download the app from today.
