If you find the Amazon homepage just too busy, here’s a handy solution. Clearcut, a new Chrome extension, strips the page back to just the search box and the top right hand menu with access to your account details, Amazon Prime, the shopping cart and your Wish List.
The one downside is that Clearcut only works for Amazon.com right now, not international versions of the site.
