Evernote-owned image-editing app Skitch has been given a number of handy new features on iOS today.

Previously, you had to tap and choose from a list. Now, you can swipe between the Photo, Camera, Map, Web, PDF, Draw, and Settings modes, while you can also start new Skitch markups simply by swiping left or right too. Little animations upon each tab also lets you preview each type.

Other updates include being able to share from Evernote directly to a specific notebook, or procure a share link to distribute directly from your account. Furthermore, PDFs can also now be shared via the usual social platforms, while Skitch will automatically save the annotated PDF to Evernote (if you have an account) and deliver a link for you to share.
