Music streaming service Spotify has today announced that its Windows Phone app now includes the Browse and Discover features for finding new music that have been available on other platforms for some time. It also brings the Spotify Radio option previously missing from the Windows Phone incarnation.
Browse, as its name suggests, allows users to scroll through pre-populated playlists suited to different moods, while the Discover page allows users to receive endless recommendations about what to listen to next. These aren’t just plucked out of thin air though, Spotify combines its personalized recommendation technology with social tools and human curators to keep the suggestions relevant.

In addition to introducing Spotify Radio and the new music discovery features, the company said the user interface had also been “streamlined”, keeping it closer in line with its other native apps.
