Moves for Android gets support for user accounts and access to apps using its API

MovesA big update has today been pushed out to the Android version of much-talked-about activity tracking app Moves. It sees the introduction of user accounts, meaning your data can go with you when you change your phone, and the ability to connect up apps that use the Moves API.

Moves Connected Apps offer capabilities like exporting data to RunKeeper and Foursquare, gamification features, data visualization and more. The update brings the app up to par with the iPhone version in terms of most features, although the ‘battery saving’ mode introduced a couple of weeks ago is still iPhone-only.
