Bib + Tuck has been making minor ripples in the fashion tech space for more than a year, and today it officially lifts the lid on its first mobile app.
If you’re new to Bib + Tuck, the online platform lets users list garments they no longer need. The seller decides what the clothes are worth, assigning them a virtual price in ‘bucks’, and then receive ‘payment’ when another member purchases one of the items. The garment’s shipped using a prepaid mailing label, and the credit can then be used to buy items of clothing from other users.
Now Bib+ Tuck is available for iPhone, users can do all of the above directly from their mobile, as well as view personalized streams of content from other users they are following and a feed of suggested ‘closets’ to follow based on shared measurements and brand preferences.
