SwiftKey’s updated, multi-layout, moveable Android keyboard is now available to all

SwiftKeyThe SwiftKey Android keyboard app has been updated to include a choice of three new resizable keyboards, as well as the ability to place them wherever you like on screen, in order to make it a more consistent, adaptive user experience across devices with different form factors.

The update to SwiftKey 4.3, available to download now from the Google Play store, had previously been available in beta form but it’s now lost that tag and is ready for primetime. The new layouts are dubbed ‘compact’, ‘full’ and ‘thumb’ – with the ‘thumb’ designed to split into two sections to make typing with each thumb easier on a tablet.

For a limited time only, SwiftKey is currently half price in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Russia and New Zealand.
