Sometimes two services really are a match made in heaven. Both StockTwits and social charting service Chart.ly were founded by Howard Lindzon, and today they’ve integrated fully.

For the StockTwits community, this is great news, as they will now be able to embed charts and videos into their posts on the site. In addition, you’ll be able to sort through your stream if you only want to see charts from other people.

StockTwits is a busy site with hardcore users that turn to it for real-time stock information and dicussion.

Here’s a look at what the new integration looks like:

Adding a chart or video is super simple, all you have to do is add it to your post with a click:

Once you start jumping around the stream looking for charts and videos, StockTwits has made a really pretty landing page for the information, which lets you dive right in and start a discussion:

It makes complete sense that this integration comes to light, since its the StockTwits community that has made Chartly so vibrant.

Chart.ly now redirects to StockTwits, as it appears that the two services have now become one.
